Exchanging the Order
Product exchanges are allowed for the following reasons:
- Product delivered was not in a good condition (damaged).
- You no longer want/need the product and would like to take a different one.
- The product is totally different from the one you were “promised”
Items can be exchanged for products available on our store (femeposh.com) if you return your order to us within 7 days and if you comply with the following conditions:
- Products must not have been opened or tampered with.
- Hair extensions, weaves and wigs are hygiene sensitive products. If the products have been removed from the packaging, or if the packaging seal has been broken, they will not be able to be exchanged. We are committed to supplying products of the utmost hygienic standards to all our clients.
- You must notify us before returning any items.
- Please send us an email at sales@femeposh.com before returning any items and a consultant will contact you to make the process as quick and easy as possible
- You will cover the costs of returns if you are returning the product because you no longer want/need it as they are not included in your initial shipping price. For returns due to products being damaged, we will arrange for shipping and cover the costs
How to Exchange an Order:
- Contact us at sales@femeposh.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- All products must be delivered back in its original packaging and must not have been removed from the packaging or tampered with in any way.
- We will then arrange couriers to collect your order if goods were damaged.
How long will it take to get my new product?
We will send out your new item as soon as we have received your returned items. After this has been confirmed our standard Delivery Policy applies.
Can I get a Refund on an Order?
Yes! Items can be Refunded if you return your order to us within 7 days of receipt and if you comply with the following conditions:
- Products must not have been opened or tampered with.

If the products have been removed from the packaging, or the if the packaging seal has been broken, they will not be able to be exchanged or refunded. We are committed to supplying products of the utmost hygienic standards to all our clients.

- Please contact us at sales@femeposh.com before returning any items and a consultant will contact you to make the process as quick and easy as possible
- We will arrange couriers to collect the items from you so that the process is quick if you want refund because the goods are damaged, however if you want refund because you changed your mind about the product you will have to arrange to courier the good to us.
- As soon as we have received the returned order we will do a refund into your account via EFT or if you paid via Payfast we will simply do a refund via Payfast
